I. Maybe not worn together, but that could work too
Karate pants Jasmin Shokrian
Jacket Maison Martin MargielaThat neckline.

II. Hot summer day and no bra kind of look
Tank Vanessa Bruno
Denim Skirt Acne Studios
Classics and basics. No need for more.

Anyway. I’m tired of fashion. Thoughts related to this seem to hit me a lot lately.
I need to write about this soon to get it out of my head and figure out what I’m really doing.
With that in mind…
Do any of you know of some good sites for inspiration? It can be whatever, just not fashion related, gah. (Unless it’s a really good article about it).
If you know a good site for architecture news, a magazine who does interesting interviews, or a good documentary etc. etc. tell me about it if you happen to stumble upon something!
Or this might be easier: instagram users that are cool/works with something interesting/travels a lot. I love stumbling across photographers that take beautiful landscape photos for ex.  :)

Hey, It's quite ironic you'd say that because you've been the number one stop for my style inspiration fix lately. Your minimalist aesthetic really appeals to me! I love everything about your style. Overall beautiful blog! That being said, I'm going into architecture and I understand that thirst for inspiration coming from all sorts of sources. I'd say start reading or flipping through books on artists such as Donald Judd or architects such as Mies Van De Rohe. I think you'd really enjoy their approach (I'm sure you are familiar with them already). I'd also say reading and watching films gives a new depth to my inspiration in terms of creative works. I'd say watch The Passenger and other films by Michelangelo Antonioni and read some Modern poetry by Gertrude Stein! As for blogs I enjoy I'd say , and my very own up and coming, eclectic and uncertain Enjoy!

So tell me, why love? Why love when it hurts so much? Why give yourself to someone when they'll just throw you away later? Why? Call me jaded, but I like to think of myself as a realist. A realist who has been burned far too many times. I don't think this will ever happen to me for a while because this risk is just something that I'm not going to take so soon or so easily. The pain, at one point of time was unbearable but now has just numbed to a dull thudding ache. So somebody, anybody, please tell me, why love? Because I sure as hell don't know.

Hi, just graduated as an architect myself, and some days it all gets a bit much, so I think I understand what you mean.. The studies have been very hectic. Guess i get my thoughts away from architecture by following fashion :) But one great architecture tumblr i like to follow is subtilitas:

Try this - It's a blog by two Danes, where they post beautiful, fun and inspirational pictures with a short text underneath. Btw, I just stumbled upon you're blog after following your insta account for a while now, and I think it's pretty cool! Could be fun if you wrote a bit more in Norwegian though, just under the English text like you sometimes do. It just seems more personal, I think.. I'm from Denmark, so I understand Norwegian too ;) But, nice blog anyway!

You should definitely check out the amazing art museum Dia:Beacon in Upstate NY and also Moma, ps.1 in Long Island if you have not already been. For documentaries I love anything by Werner Herzog, especially "Pina" and "encounters at the end of the World". I would also check out the photographer Ansel Adams, if you are not already familiar with him. And a very talented young photographer is Mårten Lange, Also please check out my work, i'm a fashion print designer from St.martins. ENJOY!

Go have a look at this documentary : I found it really beautiful and interesting. It gives you a new way of looking to who you are, what the world is, and what human beings are together. Also just for art research, look at the work of Bart Hess and Studio Roosegaarde. Both amazing artists, here is a link for Bart Hess : and here is a link for studio Roosegaarde: Enjoy!

As an architecture student, I understand. Too much of one thing is never a good idea. Some days I don't want to be surrounded by models and t-squares. is a great site that offers a little bit of everything if you're in need of inspiration. Hope it helps!

LOVE look number two..can't wait for hot days..number one is awesome as well..karate-chic I've been feeling the same way, but in terms of inspiration for beauty/make up. The harder I look the more it escapes me. Maybe we need a holiday and to not think about fashion for a while.

Man, I know what you mean... I've recently been reanalyzing everything and switching up thing. I just recently got tired about music and fashion... and basically just the industry in general - need something different, new, and fresh. Wired is a really cool magazine if you're into technology. Going to keep this in mind, though. Great post!
